This edit was supposed to be the first of Be-Mag's new edit format "Build it/Blade it". I sent in the section in April and it's still not up on their site so; Sorry Be-Mag. I'd rather have it on my account then in your storage room. The whole idea behind the edit format is to build something out of nothing and skate it. So we did.
This was filmed in Tokyo the day before my birthday in February so it was still kinda cold out. We went to this bridge out on the Mita Line and found a bunch of stuff to build a spot out of. Rails, boards, concrete blocks and other stuff that would help us. The two spots is just a hundred meters away from eachother so getting around was easy. One under the bridge, and one on top of the big white rock.
The last spot was filmed a couple of days after, just randomly messing around down by the ledge in Toshima.
Skaters: Shintaro Nakayama, Tomioka Daichi and Yutaro Marumoto.

Not all of Stockholm is like this. Just the Gamla Stan area in the center that is preserved for tourism and history.
With such beautiful sunlight, clear skies and a cool breeze, people are obsessed with sunbathing and getting a healthy tan. Chilaxxxing under the sun.

Longboarding is the big craze in Stockholm. Orange Cadillac wheels and a flat sole shoes like you don't care!
Getting around the city on your board is an experience that will open new views towards the city and everyday lives of people living there.
A photographer/SkateTour Coordinator I personally respect, Tanaka Tomonori (RIPZINGER) said in an interview, walking too slow, bikes too fast, skateboard just right.
Let me add to this by recommending a mini-cruiser for all your travel.
Also a small digital camera with a good grip and focus strapped with a shoulder strap should be perfect for your solo adventure.

「贅沢」(ぜいたく)ー Too much of the good stuff.
The week I spent in Stockholm is none like any other experience I had in a city. Top notch aesthetics but not too uptight as Paris, far more clear sky and air than Shanghai, better transportation to get around than Tokyo. To top it off sun don't go down till 10 in the night and comes up before 3 in the morning.
Of course there's the long ice age darkness(winter) and heel bruising cobblestones, visit Stockholm. It's weird enough and too good to miss out.
